TOTAL DIRECT LABOUR COSTS OF SECURITY OFFICERS

Including Wages, Sickness Cover, National Insurance, Holiday Pay, Pension and Holiday replacement.

SITE MANPOWER SUPPORT
Recruitment/Selection. security screening and training of the contracted team. Wage Administration, Uniform and Equipment issue, upkeep and replacement. Training to the required SIA standard and providing licensed personnel upon your premises. Communication and Patrol Recording Equipment, Site Warning Boards, Stationary and Insurance cover. Round the clock safety and support via regional 24 hr Communication Centre.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Security Surveys, Preparation of Reports and Specification as necessary, Contract Implementation, fulfilment and on-going Maintenance Administration, including On-Call and 24 Hour Management Response, Regular Site Supervision, Customer Liaison for performance review, Incident Reporting, Assignment Instruction manual updates and Work Specification updates, as necessary.

PROFIT FROM HOURLY CHARGE
This is calculated to produce a profit element of a maximum of 6% per annum.

We believe the wages we offer our personnel, are a critical factor in the provision of high quality service and we have taken into consideration the following conditions in calculating the wages to be paid upon each individual assignment:

A. The high standard, both physical and mental, of the security officers who have the required level of ability to successfully undertake the appropriate training and development and perform their duties in a manner which reflects the profile image of the assignment.

B. The need to pay a realistic wage, for this area, in order to attract and retain the calibre of staff required and therefore, realistic working hours have also been taken into consideration also.

C. The requirement to pay consistently, a good weekly wage, in order to retain the correct security personnel in order to deter the loss and thereby additional cost of replacing SIA trained and Licensed security personnel and not have a constant change of faces, apparent in most of our competitors service provision.

This allows for our company to retain personnel, provide stability in your security workforce, and thereby constantly provide the desired standard of site expertise, required upon your premises.
