The Contract Manager, manages his/her team of security officers on a number of contracts in a tight geographical area. They recruit, select, manage and organise, training for each of their employees, supported by the company directors.
We provide 24 hour continuous management to all of our security personnel, especially during the times that they are at their most vulnerable. This management concept is bolstered by our 24 hour Control and Communications Centre and ensures that each of our security personnel, have the benefit of and confidence in, experienced back up personnel, for whatever the reason or occurrence.
It is the Contract Manager, who ensures regular convenient, minuted meetings with his/her customers, to discuss operational topics and arrange for any changing circumstances that our customers experience during their day to day security requirements.
